Happy Wednesday, friends!  How has your week been so far?  Mine is moving along … but not nearly as quickly as I would like.  Friday, hurry up and get here!

While we wait on Friday, let’s talk about one of my favorite topics of all time: food!

I am linking up with Jenn for today’s What I Ate Wednesday post.  This past weekend was a busy one, so I am cheating and making this post a little easier by sharing all of my delicious eats at once.  Check out the descriptions in the caption 🙂

1. Green smoothie (unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla Vega One, frozen banana, frozen zucchini slices, frozen blueberries, spinach| 2. Cocoa pumpkin oatmeal bake with pumpkin butter| 3. Fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, and pineapple)| 4. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich| 5. Cooked mixed vegetables| 6. Celery with crunchy peanut butter| 7. Gala apple| 8.     As always - you ate some really delicious food. I continue to tell myself to have a sweet potato w/ ab for snack each time I see your photo... but always forget. GRR Ha Ha

    Greetings from Niagara Falls! I was always told to steer my shopping cart around the edges of any grocery store and avoid the middle entirely. Beautiful diet this week. Maybe it's time for me to write down what I eat =)

      I have kept a food diary in the past and I must say that is REALLY helps you see what you are eating and sometimes do not even realize. It is a great tool when you are trying to eat healthier.

      Thanks Alexis!! It was mostly just because I was feeling lazy...but I kind of really like it a lot too ;)

    I'm still kicking myself over the fact that the Justin's I picked up was classic instead of vanilla :( Hopefully I'll be able to do some shopping when I'm in Utah next month!
