Forgetting to eat breakfast or skipping breakfast altogether are not things that you will ever find me doing. I am a breakfast lover thru and thru because breakfast provides me with energy, gives me something to look forward to each morning, and is downright delicious. These same reasons are why I also love to eat breakfast for dinner. The idea of being able to eat breakfast for two meals out of the day really excites me! Anytime “brinner” is on the meal plan for the day, I cannot wait to leave work and get to cooking!
For the most part, breakfast is relatively easy to make and is often quite affordable. These two things make incorporating breakfast for dinner (or “Brinner”) a great idea especially for those of us with busy week day schedules. Plus, it is generally pretty fool proof since I have yet to find a breakfast recipe that I did not really like. Who doesn’t like breakfast?
